Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support to assigned groups, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation recommendations, succession planning, legal compliance, training, change management, HR data analysis, separations, and location-specific safety and onboarding initiatives.

Support project coordinators by creating and maintaining project documentation, managing departmental inboxes, obtaining freight quotes, entering small project orders, providing phone and administrative support, and coordinating deliveries while learning Midmark products and processes.

Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure and improve quality of medical devices through design and manufacturing. Maintain QMS compliance with FDA/ISO/other standards, drive product quality improvements, act as technical SME, manage risk, champion Six Sigma projects, support audits, and mentor junior engineers.
