Lead design, analysis, and development of complex mechanical systems and tooling. Independently solve advanced engineering problems, run static FEA, conduct design reviews, drive Six Sigma process improvements, mentor junior engineers, and produce detailed technical documentation.

Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support to assigned groups, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation recommendations, succession planning, legal compliance, training, change management, HR data analysis, separations, and location-specific safety and onboarding initiatives.

Lead system architecture definition and guide implementation across teams. Design and document service and data architectures, make technology decisions, develop code, collaborate with product and systems engineering, mentor engineers, and apply DevOps, testing, and security best practices.
