Supports digital marketing initiatives through website updates, QR-code creation, UTM tracking, campaign coordination, SEO and GEO research, competitor analysis, analytics data management, reporting, and website testing. Assists with email marketing, presentations, meeting coordination, documentation, and special projects while gaining hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and performance measurement.

Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service, manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, onboarding, training, and dinner service execution. Coach and develop team members, coordinate with culinary and bar teams, oversee reservations and events, maintain FOH standards and safety, manage labor costs and financial performance, and support inventory, promotions, and continuous improvement.

Serves as the first customer contact, processes orders in ERP and CRM systems, resolves routine issues, coordinates logistics and fulfillment, maintains accurate records, and supports internal teams. The role also assists with reports, audits, projects, training, and customer visits while following established procedures and compliance requirements.
