Midland-Odessa Urban Transit District

The Midland-Odessa Urban Transit District, known as EZ-Rider, is the public transportation provider for the Midland and Odessa urbanized areas in Texas. Established in 2003, it operates fixed-route bus services, ADA paratransit services, and commuter services connecting the two cities. Governed by the Midland-Odessa Urban Transit District Board, the agency provides accessible, affordable transportation to the general public, supported by local, state, and federal funding.
