Assembles high-power industrial microwave systems using drawings, specifications, hand tools, and power tools. Performs repetitive work with small components, follows instructions, scans work tickets, maintains accuracy, and works safely around electrical hazards and strong magnets. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, effective communication, reliable attendance, and working onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Set up, operate, and maintain manual machine tools (lathes, mills, Bridgeports) and Prototrak/Centroid controllers to produce precision parts. Read blueprints, perform dimensional inspection with precision instruments, optimize feeds/speeds, fixture workpieces, modify/control programs, and follow safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced production environment.

Set up, program (upload/download), operate and maintain CNC and manual machine tools to produce precision parts per blueprints. Inspect parts using precision instruments, perform preventive maintenance, collaborate with engineers and team members, and follow safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced production environment.
