Operate and set up manual lathes, mills, Bridgeports, drill presses, routers, and related equipment. Interpret blueprints and specifications, machine one-of-a-kind parts, calculate feeds and speeds, perform dimensional inspections, maintain equipment, enter machine-control instructions, and follow safety procedures in a deadline-driven production environment.

Operate, set up, adjust, and maintain CNC machines and related tooling for precision machining. Select tooling and parts, upload CNC programs, interpret blueprints and setup sheets, inspect work using precision instruments, and perform preventive equipment maintenance. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, programmers, and production team members while following quality and safety procedures in a deadline-driven environment.

Develop technical proposals, quotes, cost inputs, and RF/microwave component solutions based on customer requirements. Partner with sales and engineering teams on RFQs and RFPs, justify pricing and delivery feasibility, and coordinate order execution across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and shipping. Monitor timelines, resolve issues, maintain customer communication, and create datasheets and application notes for custom designs. Occasional customer and trade show travel is required.
