The Director of CRM leads customer data strategy, enhancing acquisition and retention through omnichannel approaches and cross-department collaboration.

Serve as the technical expert and trainer for custom PC builds, overseeing build quality, QA, training, inventory of tools/components, and customer presentations while tracking build KPIs and maintaining SOPs and a clean work area.

Assemble and reconcile inventory, cost of sales, and merchandise accounting data. Prepare inventory adjustments, vendor allowances, price protections, GL entries, daily wires, and reporting. Support physical inventory counts three times yearly and assist Inventory Control Manager with reconciliations, process improvements, and cross-functional communication.
