The Accounts Receivable Associate manages the A/R cycle, including invoicing, collections, account maintenance, and customer account setup while ensuring accurate financial records and effective communication with clients.

Diagnose and repair Apple hardware and software, communicate estimates and repairs to customers, maintain service transactions and certifications, train apprentice technicians, manage scheduling and AST server, meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals, and support store operations.

Lead and manage the infrastructure and networking team to maintain secure, high-performance LAN/WAN/SAN and wireless environments, enforce PCI security standards, design cloud-native solutions, oversee business continuity and capacity planning, evaluate emerging technologies, and collaborate with development and security teams to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects across multi-site retail locations.
