Lead tax controls and reconciliations, support UK direct tax quarterly reporting and disclosures, implement process improvements and controls, maintain process documentation, manage stakeholder relationships, and uphold risk, compliance and control culture by identifying and resolving control weaknesses.

Manages M&G’s corporate media relations, reputation, announcements, financial reporting communications, executive profiling, and crisis issues. Builds journalist relationships, develops press releases, briefings, messaging, and Q&A materials, oversees media monitoring and evaluation, coordinates suppliers and media training, and ensures policy governance and compliance. The role also develops proactive campaigns and uses AI tools to improve media-team efficiency.

Lead and act as SME for Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune). Manage incidents, deliver platform improvements, embed security and compliance, support identity and access processes, produce documentation, drive continuous improvement, and manage a team of technical engineers while partnering across Architecture, Infrastructure, Security and Network.

Own end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex projects within M&G’s Life and Pensions Change & Transformation team. Responsibilities include defining business cases, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, governance, stakeholders, suppliers, and benefits realization. The role requires delivery of business, technical, and regulatory change projects in financial services, mentoring project teams, improving project management capabilities, and ensuring successful handover to business-as-usual operations.

Supports M&G Group financial reporting, regulatory reporting, Annual Report and Accounts activities, audit requests, reporting documentation, process improvements, controls, and stakeholder coordination. The role facilitates meetings, tracks actions, drafts reporting instructions, prepares committee papers, responds to finance requests, and helps manage operational risk while meeting strict deadlines.

Lead and review account reconciliations and journal entries (cash, prepaid, accruals, intercompany), coordinate with internal teams and outsourced providers to resolve reconciling items, post journals, drive monthly reviews and annual external audits, support projects (requirements, testing, implementation), ensure compliance and strong control environment, manage risks and remediation, and build stakeholder relationships.

Supports annuity asset-liability management, including Matching Adjustment compliance, portfolio analysis, asset strategy, controls, governance, new business, and BPA+ development. Works with investment, actuarial, risk, finance, regulatory, banking, and consulting stakeholders to deliver clear recommendations, manage emerging requirements, and improve balance-sheet outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of M&G’s Servicing AI transformation programme across digital, data, CRM, contact-centre, and automation workstreams. Responsibilities include roadmap execution, agile delivery, benefits realization, governance, risk and regulatory controls, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and leading multidisciplinary teams in a regulated financial-services environment.

Supervise and support a portfolio of Advising Partners to maintain competence and regulatory alignment. Deliver coaching, structured reviews, training and induction content. Support SM&CR, AR regime and Fit & Proper assessments, identify advice risks and development needs, act as technical/regulatory point of contact, support new advisers toward competence, and contribute to wider projects across AML, vulnerable clients and business change.

Provides expert actuarial advice on with-profits funds, supporting strategic management, investment, capital, liquidity, profitability, and policyholder outcomes. Supports financial analysis for new life insurance product launches, focusing on regulatory and statutory reporting. Provides IFRS 17 guidance covering contractual service margin modelling, risk adjustment, and coverage units. Assesses accounting and commercial impacts of with-profits product features, interprets UK GAAP and Solvency II requirements, and collaborates with proposition, legal, actuarial, and deal teams to deliver actionable financial insights.

Develops valuation methodologies, actuarial assumptions, and regulatory approaches for new life insurance products and strategic transactions. Partners with Finance, Risk, Investments, Pricing, and Actuarial teams to integrate products into valuation, capital, and financial reporting processes. Provides technical insight on Solvency II, IFRS, balance sheet matters, and capital modeling while driving methodological simplification, automation, and process improvements.
