Lead revenue accounting and month/quarter/half-year close processes for trading income (fees, performance fees, commissions, rebates). Produce balance sheet items including intercompany positions, support and manage external audits, analyze results, and develop team talent while handling ad-hoc Revenue Management tasks and leadership support.

Build, run and maintain cloud data and analytics pipelines; develop code to standards; debug production issues and perform root-cause analysis; collaborate with stakeholders; improve processes and deliver cloud-based enhancements using Snowflake, Python, SQL and Databricks.

Lead and oversee the Reporting Analysis team for regulated insurance entities, delivering IFRS/UK GAAP/Solvency II financial analysis, commentary to the Board, regulatory-compliant disclosures, internal controls and RCSA attestations, audit support, and team development to ensure high-quality reporting and governance.
