Lead delivery of finance-focused technology programmes end-to-end, partnering with Finance and Corporate Functions. Establish governance, manage risks, dependencies, budgets and benefits, provide senior reporting, ensure regulatory and internal control compliance, and drive continuous improvement in programme management.

The Legal Counsel will advise on pension risk transfer arrangements, covering legal advisory, transaction structuring, and regulatory support in the pension de-risking sector.

Lead origination and execution of bulk purchase annuity and de‑risking transactions, manage end-to-end deal delivery, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, develop client relationships, and mentor junior team members to meet new business targets.
