Provides administrative support to independent financial planners by coordinating client meetings, gathering information, processing applications, maintaining CRM and departmental records, and communicating with clients, advisers, providers, and compliance teams. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, strong organization, regulatory awareness, and effective workflow management.
