Leads enterprise AI strategy, transformation, governance, portfolio management, solution implementation, adoption, and value realization. Identifies and prioritizes AI opportunities, develops business cases, oversees pilots and deployments, evaluates vendors and technologies, establishes responsible AI controls, manages risk, and drives enterprise training and change management. Partners with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to improve productivity, financial performance, operational efficiency, decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.

Manage and modernize enterprise on-premises and Azure hybrid infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, networking services, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Lead infrastructure projects, cloud operations, automation, monitoring, incident escalation, root-cause analysis, security initiatives, documentation, and technical mentoring. Participate in on-call rotations, after-hours maintenance, and occasional travel to company facilities and data centers.

Leads FP&A for supply chain operations, analyzing inventory, COGS, product costs, freight, working capital, and business performance. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, reforecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, scenario planning, and supply chain business partnering. The role also improves reporting and planning processes through automation using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other business intelligence tools.

Manage and grow automotive aftermarket accounts across the Upper Midwest. Provide technical product training, sales enablement, installer clinics, presentations, field support, store visits, and ride-alongs. Analyze customer sales data, identify growth opportunities, execute account plans, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share. Maintain records and activity metrics in Salesforce and communicate results to internal teams. The role is remote and field-based, requiring approximately 70% travel throughout the territory.

Support day-to-day HR and bi-weekly payroll operations including onboarding, employee data maintenance, timekeeping, benefits and garnishments administration, payroll validation and reporting, payroll discrepancy resolution, and HR administrative support across Canadian and U.S. salaried payroll as needed.

Design and validate wheel hub bearings: lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations, drive R&D and competitive benchmarking, create 2D/3D CAD models and drawings, apply GD&T and APQP, produce DFMEA/DVP/ECR documentation, and support supplier onboarding and manufacturability improvements.
