Manage and modernize enterprise on-premises and Azure hybrid infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, networking services, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Lead infrastructure projects, cloud operations, automation, monitoring, incident escalation, root-cause analysis, security initiatives, documentation, and technical mentoring. Participate in on-call rotations, after-hours maintenance, and occasional travel to company facilities and data centers.

Manage and grow automotive aftermarket accounts across the Upper Midwest. Provide technical product training, sales enablement, installer clinics, presentations, field support, store visits, and ride-alongs. Analyze customer sales data, identify growth opportunities, execute account plans, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share. Maintain records and activity metrics in Salesforce and communicate results to internal teams. The role is remote and field-based, requiring approximately 70% travel throughout the territory.

Lead development and management of raw material supply, demand, and inventory forecasts. Maintain S&OP process, create and evaluate item-level statistical forecasts, coordinate cross-functional reconciliation of variances, support inventory strategy and purchasing execution, and produce demand planning reports to align sales, operations, and supply chain.

Support day-to-day HR and bi-weekly payroll operations including onboarding, employee data maintenance, timekeeping, benefits and garnishments administration, payroll validation and reporting, payroll discrepancy resolution, and HR administrative support across Canadian and U.S. salaried payroll as needed.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including invoice coding, weekly payment runs (ACH/wire/cheque), vendor inquiries, expense claim processing via SAP Concur, reconciliations, month-end accruals, AP reporting, control testing, and process improvements to ensure accurate, timely payments and compliance.

Design and validate wheel hub bearings: lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations, drive R&D and competitive benchmarking, create 2D/3D CAD models and drawings, apply GD&T and APQP, produce DFMEA/DVP/ECR documentation, and support supplier onboarding and manufacturability improvements.

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations by analyzing workflows, removing waste, implementing Lean/Six Sigma solutions, developing KPIs, coordinating cross-functional projects, delivering training, and reporting performance to increase safety, efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs.
