Manage and modernize enterprise on-premises and Azure hybrid infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, networking services, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Lead infrastructure projects, cloud operations, automation, monitoring, incident escalation, root-cause analysis, security initiatives, documentation, and technical mentoring. Participate in on-call rotations, after-hours maintenance, and occasional travel to company facilities and data centers.

Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, reforecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, scenario planning, and supply chain business partnering. The role also improves reporting and planning processes through automation using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other business intelligence tools.

Manage and grow automotive aftermarket accounts across the Upper Midwest. Provide technical product training, sales enablement, installer clinics, presentations, field support, store visits, and ride-alongs. Analyze customer sales data, identify growth opportunities, execute account plans, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share. Maintain records and activity metrics in Salesforce and communicate results to internal teams. The role is remote and field-based, requiring approximately 70% travel throughout the territory.
