The Strategic Finance Manager will build financial models, manage budgets, lead forecasting, and support strategic decision-making while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments.

Manage the creative workflow from brief through execution: build schedules in Asana, lead kickoffs and status meetings, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, plan monthly photo/campaign shoots, maintain project transparency and documentation, identify risks and process improvements, and support Creative Team operations.

Lead financial strategy, FP&A, cash and capital planning, and analytics. Partner with executive team and board, build reporting infrastructure and KPIs (LTV/CAC, retention), mentor finance and analytics teams, and translate data into strategic recommendations to scale the business.

Lead and execute data analysis for ecommerce and subscription metrics, build dashboards and reports, generate actionable insights for marketing/product/ops, run A/B tests and cohort analyses, and mentor junior analysts while presenting findings to stakeholders.
