Leads the People Operations function, partnering with executives on HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, benefits, payroll, culture, and employee experience. Oversees workplace facilities, office operations, vendors, and employee IT support, including technology access and equipment processes. Builds effective teams, advises managers, ensures employment-law compliance, and drives talent retention and organizational effectiveness.

Own MeUndies’ brand strategy and integrated marketing calendar across campaigns, launches, content, social, influencer, affiliate, licensing, partnerships, and communications. Lead Brand and Social teams, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage agencies and budgets, establish measurement frameworks, and connect brand-building efforts to commercial performance. This hybrid Los Angeles role requires hands-on leadership, strong briefs, cultural insight, and accountability for campaign delivery and learning.

Leads the analytics function, establishes trusted KPIs and self-service reporting, and translates customer, operational, and financial data into executive recommendations. Oversees Looker reporting, data quality, analytics strategy, predictive use cases, profitability analysis, planning models, and cross-functional resource allocation. Coaches analytics staff and partners with Data Engineering and business leaders to identify growth opportunities, risks, and operational improvements.
