Design, build, and scale large-scale OpenStack-based VDI platforms for thousands of concurrent users. Architect compute, storage, and networking for high availability and performance; automate provisioning and lifecycle management; integrate identity and security controls; conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization; produce documentation and runbooks; collaborate with infrastructure and security teams.

Provide Cisco data center-focused pre-sales and assessment support: run technical discovery and infrastructure assessments, evaluate UCS/Nexus/ACI/MDS/Intersight and VMware environments, identify risks and modernization opportunities, produce executive findings and recommendations, assist solution architects and sales with scoping and SOWs, and present technical guidance to clients.

Administer and maintain IBM i / IBM Power Systems across production, development, and DR. Manage backups (BRMS), DR replication, PTFs, job scheduling, performance tuning, capacity planning, and third-party integrations while collaborating with IT teams and supporting documentation and cross-training.

Plan and execute email migrations using Barracuda email security solutions. Configure and optimize Barracuda ESG/Cloud, manage DNS/MX changes, spam filtering, archiving, and mail flow. Troubleshoot delivery and quarantine issues, advise on email security and compliance, collaborate with IT teams, and document configurations and best practices.

Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and implementation of client network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls). Monitor network health, manage support tickets and on-call rotations, assist in network implementations and upgrades, create network documentation, and collaborate with internal teams while guiding junior engineers.

Design, build, and maintain Python-based analytical applications, data pipelines, and performant SQL-backed data models. Create dashboards and user interfaces, implement secure software development practices, support lifecycle management, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into production-ready solutions.

Lead delivery of a multi-phase Network 2.0 transformation: validate designs, stage and migrate data center networks, integrate Arista fabrics and Palo Alto firewalls, execute cutovers with minimal disruption, perform post-cutover validation, and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Support enterprise reporting and analytics by collecting, validating, and preparing relational data, maintaining and building dashboards in Tableau, performing ad-hoc analyses, partnering with stakeholders across marketing, operations, and client experience, and documenting reporting standards to deliver clear, reliable insights.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models; write complex SQL for ETL and reporting; use SSMS and Visual Studio; work with Azure data services; collaborate with stakeholders; support ad hoc requests and documentation.

Lead design and delivery of Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure (AOS, AHV, Prism) and related migrations. Act as technical advisor, run architecture workshops, define target-state architectures, HA/DR and data protection, guide deployments and migrations (VMware/Hyper-V to AHV), support presales, and produce architecture deliverables.

Assess and optimize an existing ManageEngine environment (SDP, Endpoint Central, upcoming CMDB and Change Management). Review configurations, workflows, SLAs, reporting, and onboarding processes; identify gaps versus best practices; deliver a high-level assessment, remediation recommendations, LOE estimates, and an executable roadmap with executive summary.

Build and maintain Python-based analytical applications, data pipelines, and dashboards. Design database schemas and optimize SQL, implement secure scalable architectures, support lifecycle management, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready analytics solutions.

Lead design and delivery of Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure solutions. Serve as primary technical advisor, run architecture workshops, design migrations (VMware/Hyper-V to AHV), define DR/data protection, oversee deployment and migrations, support pre-sales, and produce architecture deliverables.

Manage and support enterprise switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless systems. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco gear, perform VLAN/firmware/patch work, monitor performance, support refresh projects, collaborate on security/compliance, document changes, and provide onsite incident escalation support.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise storage projects, act as primary technical owner and customer-facing architect, evolve storage platforms, partner with offshore teams, and apply pragmatic solutions to balance speed and quality.

Plan, deploy, and optimize Cirrus Data migration solutions; assess storage architectures; configure and troubleshoot SAN/NAS appliances; execute migrations and cutovers; perform LUN, zoning, replication, and performance analysis; document runbooks; and collaborate with customers for minimal downtime.

Assess and optimize an existing ManageEngine environment (SDP, Endpoint Central, planned CMDB and Change Management). Review workflows, ticketing, automation, SLAs, onboarding processes; identify gaps and recommend optimizations. Deliver assessment report, roadmap, LOE estimates, and executive summary. Collaborate with stakeholders to align recommendations to business goals.

Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism). Perform cluster deployments, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting across compute, storage, and virtualization. Configure backup/DR, monitor performance, maintain documentation and runbooks, and support client incidents and service tickets.

Lead client-facing enterprise network transformation: design scalable, secure LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud networking solutions using Cisco, Fortinet, and Arista. Drive SD-WAN, Zero Trust, segmentation, migrations and large deployments; oversee delivery, testing, documentation, mentor teams, and support presales and strategic account activities.
