Advise financial services stakeholders on AI and automation opportunities, develop Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents, automate workflows with Power Platform, integrate enterprise data and APIs, and establish secure governance. The role includes architecture, hands-on development, technical discovery, prototyping, production transition, documentation, executive guidance, and knowledge transfer across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint security, compliance, and responsible AI.

Provide short-term consulting support for a BeyondTrust EPM Cloud environment across Windows endpoints. Troubleshoot privilege policies, application elevation, endpoint differences, and Resideo Compass connectivity issues. Analyze event data, application rules, services, dependencies, and network behavior; modify policies and rules as needed; validate least-privilege controls; document findings; and provide client knowledge transfer.

Provide hands-on administration and support for servers, endpoints, identity services, backups, and core productivity platforms in a school environment. Monitor system health, respond to incidents, manage devices (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iPadOS), administer Active Directory and Google Workspace, maintain patching and security, support Microsoft 365 and Google Classroom, and coordinate vendors and disaster recovery activities.

Monitor, triage, investigate, document, and respond to security alerts across email, endpoint, identity, firewall, and network systems. Perform initial remediation, escalate incidents, coordinate with help desk/infrastructure teams, and produce post-mortems and recommendations using tools like Mimecast, KnowBe4, Sophos EDR/Intercept X, and Microsoft 365 security.

Design and deliver scalable Cisco UCS-based data center and compute solutions. Lead architecture workshops, create target-state designs and migration strategies, oversee deployments, optimize availability and performance, resolve complex integration issues, and support pre-sales and documentation for enterprise modernization projects.

Maintain and modernize enterprise IT infrastructure across networking, servers, virtualization, cloud (AWS), and security. Troubleshoot and optimize Arista networks and Palo Alto firewalls, administer Linux systems, support virtualization and migrations, implement security/patch management, participate in projects and on-call maintenance, and produce technical documentation.

Build and maintain Python-based analytical applications, data pipelines, and dashboards. Design database schemas and optimize SQL, implement secure scalable architectures, support lifecycle management, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready analytics solutions.

Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments including AOS and AHV. Perform cluster deployments, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting across compute, storage, and virtualization. Support backup/DR, monitor system health, document runbooks, and respond to client requests and incidents while collaborating with architects and senior engineers.

Lead design and delivery of Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure solutions. Serve as primary technical advisor, run architecture workshops, design migrations (VMware/Hyper-V to AHV), define DR/data protection, oversee deployment and migrations, support pre-sales, and produce architecture deliverables.

Provide Cisco data center-focused pre-sales and assessment support: run technical discovery and infrastructure assessments, evaluate UCS/Nexus/ACI/MDS/Intersight and VMware environments, identify risks and modernization opportunities, produce executive findings and recommendations, assist solution architects and sales with scoping and SOWs, and present technical guidance to clients.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support for Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, hardware, printers, and basic networking. Manage account administration, device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, ticket documentation, and escalate complex infrastructure or server issues to senior teams while delivering strong customer service.

Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism). Perform cluster deployments, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting across compute, storage, and virtualization. Configure backup/DR, monitor performance, maintain documentation and runbooks, and support client incidents and service tickets.

Design, build, and maintain Python-based analytical applications, data pipelines, and performant SQL-backed data models. Create dashboards and user interfaces, implement secure software development practices, support lifecycle management, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into production-ready solutions.

Hands-on senior network engineer to support and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, data center, wireless, VPN and SD-WAN environments. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers/switches and Palo Alto firewalls, administer firewall policies and Panorama, support VMware NSX, perform network performance/security monitoring, participate in upgrades, DR testing, documentation, and on-call/after-hours activities. Must work onsite in Greater Phoenix.

Provide onsite systems administration and infrastructure support for Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backup/recovery, and related enterprise services. Monitor systems, assist with provisioning, patching, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, security hardening, documentation, and disaster recovery. Work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams; participate in after-hours maintenance as needed.

Provide onsite Microsoft infrastructure and cloud support: manage Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 services, Intune endpoint lifecycle, Azure monitoring, identity and access (MFA/Conditional Access), troubleshoot authentication and endpoint issues, maintain documentation, and coordinate vendors and stakeholders.

Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot Windows OS and hardware, support Dynamics 365 Tier 1, deploy and manage endpoints, coordinate repairs and vendors, maintain asset inventory, document tickets, and assist with network and office technology projects.

Maintain and support Windows-based enterprise infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, backup, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365. Perform provisioning, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, disaster recovery testing, security hardening, documentation, and collaborate with networking, cloud, and service teams. Participate in on-call and after-hours maintenance.
