Interprets blueprints, troubleshoots mechanical issues, dismantles and reassembles machinery, constructs machine foundations, identifies hazards, and supports safe project execution. Requires physical strength, mechanical problem-solving skills, reliable transportation, and travel between job sites.

Entry-level electrical construction project management trainee. Learn branch operations through hands-on field assignments: safety, estimating, bidding, leadership, sales, material handling, order processing, and customer service. Will travel as needed and be assigned to an office in Florida, Georgia, or Alabama upon completion. Role requires physical labor, lifting up to 50 lbs, respirator use, and flexible hours.
