Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specs, create wireframes and process flows, coordinate implementations, support testing/UAT, produce training and support documentation, lead user training and change management, and serve as liaison between business and technical teams for ERP and enterprise application initiatives.

Coordinate communication and resources between project managers, field technicians, and superintendents for electrical construction projects. Assist with permits, inspections, materials tracking, bid preparation, documentation, billing, and closeouts. Maintain organized project records, support office administration, vendor relations, safety practices, and estimating tasks to ensure timely project execution.

Manage timely, accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements. Maintain accounts payable records, enforce AP policies and controls, resolve invoice holds, support process improvements, provide administrative support, and promote safety and documentation compliance within the AP function.
