Entry-level trainee will rotate through branch operations gaining hands-on field experience in electrical construction: safety, estimating, bidding, sales, material handling, order processing, leadership, and customer service. Trainees must travel as needed and will be assigned to a MetroPower office in Florida, Georgia, or Alabama after completing assignments.

Entry-level electrical construction project management trainee who will learn branch operations through hands-on field assignments. Responsibilities include worksite safety, estimating and bidding, leadership, sales, material handling, order processing, and delivering excellent customer service. Trainees must travel when necessary and meet physical requirements; successful completion leads to permanent assignment in FL, GA, or AL.

Lead local execution of enterprise marketing strategy to drive growth, brand consistency, demand generation, and improved customer experience. Develop integrated campaigns, oversee content and creative execution, manage digital presence and MarTech, analyze campaign and CX metrics, align with OpCo leadership, and mentor junior marketing staff.
