Provides administrative and customer service support for the Patron Office, including handling patron inquiries, booking gifts, managing membership benefits and database records, coordinating solicitations, billing, reservations, communications, events, and backstage tour check-ins. The role also supports the Director and Patron Coordinator while maintaining accurate patron acknowledgements, web content, and fundraising activities.

Support daily financial operations for media programs and donor gift processing: process transactions, validate contracts, compile reporting, assist royalties and year-end revenue sharing, and coordinate with Finance and Development to ensure accurate recording and identify process improvements.

Manage front-of-house operations for rehearsals, performances, and events, ensuring guest safety and service. Supervise and coach staff, resolve ticketing and operational issues, run pre-show briefings, document incidents and payroll, and coordinate with external partners and emergency services.
