Support daily financial operations for media programs and donor gift processing: process transactions, validate contracts, compile reporting, assist royalties and year-end revenue sharing, and coordinate with Finance and Development to ensure accurate recording and identify process improvements.

Provide administrative and project support for the Development Department, manage donor records in Tessitura, coordinate donor ticketing and stewardship events, handle planned giving inquiries, maintain donor-facing materials and website content, and support corporate sponsorships and affiliate fundraising logistics.

Conduct prospect research and analysis on individuals, corporations, and foundations to assess philanthropic capacity and interest. Prepare confidential donor profiles, briefings, and research reports; maintain prospect data in Tessitura; monitor news and philanthropic activity; respond to research requests; collaborate with development staff; leverage research databases and AI tools to improve efficiency while protecting data confidentiality.
