The role requires outdoor work, physical lifting, work at heights, flexible hours, overtime, and operation of facility machinery.

Owns on-site and field safety for York operations, conducting audits, hazard assessments, incident investigations, OSHA and workers’ compensation documentation, corrective actions, and safety training. Coordinates incident response, medical guidance, return-to-work communication, and claims support. Partners with Operations, HR, supervisors, and field leaders to improve compliance, prevent injuries, and maintain audit-ready records across warehouse, merchandising, racking, and product-handling activities.
