Provides onsite systems engineering, infrastructure administration, virtualization, Microsoft 365 and endpoint management, networking, backup and disaster recovery, and end-user support. Maintains VMware, Windows, Azure, Fortinet, Veeam, and related environments; troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and operational technology issues; manages documentation, patching, lifecycle activities, and infrastructure improvements. Serves as the primary IT resource for the Springfield facility while collaborating with broader infrastructure teams and traveling periodically to headquarters and other locations.

Administers employee leave, accommodations, and benefits programs from intake through resolution. Provides compassionate support to employees and managers, coordinates with insurers and third-party administrators, maintains HRIS records, supports enrollments and compliance reporting, and assists with ACA tracking. Leads benefits education and orientations while improving processes, communications, training materials, and program effectiveness. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, accuracy, problem-solving, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Supports recruiting and hiring teams by coordinating interviews, preparing materials, communicating with candidates, updating applicant tracking records, maintaining confidential documentation, assisting with follow-up, and providing administrative support while helping improve the candidate experience.
