Leads the creation and growth of an electrical services division. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing electricians, establishing service and installation standards, driving revenue and profitability, coaching technicians, managing KPIs, partnering with leadership on growth strategy, and ensuring licensing, code, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Master Electrician license, residential electrical experience, technical and business expertise, and strong team-building and customer-service leadership.

Manage inbound and warm leads from prior customers and estimates, recover unsold opportunities, re-engage inactive customers, schedule service appointments, educate on financing/memberships, coordinate with operations and dispatch, and maintain accurate customer records to convert opportunities into revenue.

Drive new business by engaging and educating homeowners, building trust and relationships, following a repeatable sales process, and committing to training and tools provided to grow into a high-earning outside sales career.

Answer inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, schedule appointments, maintain records, and collaborate with teammates to ensure positive customer experiences and follow-up.

Support marketing by creating and managing social media content, coordinating campaigns, tracking performance, assisting internal communications and branding, collaborating with technicians and staff, and contributing creative ideas and community engagement.
