Develop, test, deploy, maintain, monitor, and support complex Tririga applications using built-in tools, Java, and SQL. Maintain and deploy secure, reliable web applications across AWS and OpenShift environments. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, optimize system performance, manage highly available clusters, and support Tier 2 issues. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, monitor system health, coordinate with mission partners, document configurations, and collaborate with development teams. The role requires occasional after-hours or weekend support and involves working onsite with government customers.
