Deploy cloud-native applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift through Helm and GitOps workflows. Contribute to automated testing, OpenSearch optimization, semantic search, data enrichment, observability, and Agile enterprise product development.

Design and document enterprise technology architectures, roadmaps, integrations, and cloud solutions for DHS hosting environments using Azure, AWS, and TRIRIGA/Maximo. Ensure compliance with DHS enterprise architecture standards, FedRAMP, ATO, and browser-independent responsive design requirements. Provide technical guidance, resolve complex IT issues, support application integrations with Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure services, and communicate solutions to technical and managerial stakeholders. The role also manages people and supports migration and implementation initiatives.
