Drive outbound lead generation in the travel and tourism sector by researching prospects, building targeted lists, conducting cold email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach, qualifying merchants, maintaining CRM records, and handing qualified opportunities to business development and sales teams. The role focuses on hotels, agencies, tour operators, OTAs, activity providers, and ecommerce merchants.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across three entities, including month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, management reporting, AP/AR, VAT submissions, audits, fixed assets, and cash-flow monitoring. Ensure IFRS and South African regulatory compliance, maintain internal controls, and improve reporting processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Supports daily compliance operations, fraud monitoring, transaction and settlement reviews, merchant due diligence, chargeback monitoring, and KYC onboarding. Reviews merchant legitimacy, reconciles transactions and wallet loads, manages BIN blocking, responds to merchant queries, maintains compliance records, and submits applications for approval. Requires strong knowledge of KYC, AML, regulatory compliance, analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in compliance, risk, fraud monitoring, payments, fintech, or financial services.
