Designs production tooling including welding, machining, assembly, brake press, and punch press fixtures. Evaluates production processes and develops tooling improvements, provides solid modeling support, collaborates with tool makers, reviews engineering changes, maintains tooling records, and participates in project meetings. Requires mechanical design or practical tool and die experience, blueprint reading, machining and welding knowledge, solid modeling proficiency, and basic GD&T understanding.

Manage manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costs, BOMs, inventory valuation, labor, overhead, absorption, product costing, and variance analysis. Support month-end close, reconciliations, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to analyze manufacturing performance, improve processes, and help leadership make informed operational and financial decisions.

Supports Versatran dealers and end users through technical assistance, machine troubleshooting, parts guidance, field support, complaint coordination, and training. Develops customer relationships and market opportunities while collaborating with production, engineering, research and development, and marketing teams. Completes field reports, supports technical documentation, and recommends program improvements. The role is onsite in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, requires strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, a valid driver’s license, willingness to obtain a CDL, and 50–75% travel.

Provides hands-on internal product support across manufacturing, design, testing, and production. Collaborates with engineering, technical service, customers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to implement design changes and product improvements. Supports R&D and testing activities while maintaining SAP master data and helping translate product designs into manufacturable solutions.

Manages day-to-day HR functions for a manufacturing plant, including employee relations, investigations, discipline, recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, HRIS maintenance, and employee communications. Partners with plant leadership and supervisors, handles employee concerns, supports terminations and unemployment claims, updates job descriptions, and contributes to audits and AS9100 documentation.

Designs and configures automation equipment, robotic cells, tooling, guarding, and mechanical systems for customer-specific manufacturing applications. Creates 2D and 3D designs, layouts, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and documentation; performs reach studies and component selection; collaborates with vendors, controls engineers, technicians, and customers. Supports projects through concept, fabrication, debugging, installation, and startup while troubleshooting mechanical challenges and improving automation platforms.
