Designs production tooling such as weld, machine, assembly, brake press, and punch press fixtures. Evaluates production processes, develops tooling improvements, supports tool makers with solid modeling, reviews engineering changes, maintains tooling records, and participates in project meetings while following quality and safety procedures.

Manage manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costs, BOMs, inventory valuation, labor, overhead, absorption, product costing, and variance analysis. Support month-end close, reconciliations, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to analyze manufacturing performance, improve processes, and help leadership make informed operational and financial decisions.

Supports Versatran dealers and end users through technical assistance, machine troubleshooting, parts guidance, field support, complaint coordination, and training. Develops customer relationships and market opportunities while collaborating with production, engineering, research and development, and marketing teams. Completes field reports, supports technical documentation, and recommends program improvements. The role is onsite in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, requires strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, a valid driver’s license, willingness to obtain a CDL, and 50–75% travel.
