Guide customer implementation projects from initiation through closure, managing budgets, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and client communications. Lead agile development teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track sprint progress and team health, resolve blockers, document action items, provide status reporting, and drive continuous process improvement through servant leadership.

Build and maintain high-performing, scalable backend applications throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning requirements, estimating work, communicating risks, writing tested and maintainable Python code, conducting peer reviews, researching technologies, and collaborating with project managers, clients, and engineering teams. The role requires familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, REST APIs, JSON, package managers, Git, and TDD or BDD.

Design, build, and maintain AWS-based, high-availability infrastructure. Analyze requirements, plan capacity and costs, automate deployments, monitor and tune performance, run load tests, troubleshoot incidents, document deployments, and participate in a monthly on-call rotation.

Design, deploy, and operate open-source data infrastructure (Trino, Spark, Pinot, Druid) on Amazon EKS. Build production-ready, scalable platforms using IaC (Terraform, Helm), containerization, and Kubernetes, while troubleshooting complex customer environments and delivering bespoke solutions.

Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding existing accounts, qualifying inbound leads, coordinating sales meetings, maintaining CRM hygiene, enabling AWS co-selling and funding usage, building channel pipeline with AWS reps, and occasional travel for events.

Maintain and document cloud hosting systems for high-availability applications. Build, configure, and automate cloud resources; monitor and troubleshoot systems, networks, and performance; implement security controls; respond to incidents and SLA-driven support tickets; participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and update internal/customer documentation.

Build scalable, enterprise-grade full-stack applications. Collaborate with PMs and teammates to estimate and deliver backend and frontend work, develop and deploy REST APIs, write well-tested code, perform peer reviews, communicate risks, and research new technologies.

Build and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications using NextJS and JavaScript. Contribute across the development lifecycle, estimate work, perform peer reviews, follow TDD/BDD practices, develop and deploy REST APIs, model JSON and relational data, and proactively communicate risks to ensure project success.

Guide clients to strategic product decisions, translate business needs into user stories, maintain and prioritize backlogs, serve as Product Owner on scrum teams, advise on roadmaps and release planning, surface risks, and align development with client expectations.
