Design, build, and maintain high-availability, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS. Perform capacity planning, cost estimation, automation/configuration management, monitoring, troubleshooting, load/stress testing, disaster recovery, and participate in on-call rotations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Serve as client-facing Product Owner guiding strategic product decisions, maintaining and prioritizing backlogs in Jira, aligning development with business needs, advising on roadmaps and releases, surfacing risks, and leading cross-functional teams through delivery.

Maintain and document cloud hosting infrastructure for high-availability enterprise applications. Build and automate cloud resources, troubleshoot systems and networks, implement security and monitoring, perform performance tuning, maintain documentation, respond to incidents and support tickets, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding existing Metal Toad accounts, qualifying and winning inbound AWS-focused sales opportunities, maintaining CRM hygiene (HubSpot and ACE), coordinating customer meetings, building AWS channel pipelines, educating customers on AWS funding, and participating in certifications and occasional travel.

Lead client projects from initiation to closure, facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, manage budgets/schedules/scope, report project health, and maintain client communication while driving continuous improvement and team performance.

Build and maintain high-performing, scalable backend applications. Collaborate with PMs and teams to confirm requirements, estimate work, implement REST APIs, write well-tested code, perform peer reviews, communicate risks, and contribute across the development lifecycle. Research new libraries, support community initiatives, and publish technical content to enhance team and company reputation.
