Manage customer implementation projects from initiation through closure, overseeing budgets, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and team progress. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support agile development teams, resolve blockers, drive continuous improvement, and communicate project health to clients and internal stakeholders. Serve as the primary client contact while maintaining transparency, documenting action items, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Designs, builds, and maintains highly available, scalable AWS infrastructure for enterprise applications. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, capacity and cost planning, automation, configuration management, monitoring, performance tuning, load testing, disaster recovery, incident response, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer support. The role collaborates with project managers, architects, consultants, and developers, participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation, and contributes to operational best practices.

Build and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade applications across backend and frontend systems. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, estimation, full lifecycle development, code reviews, testing, issue and risk communication, API development, database work, research into new technologies, and collaboration with project managers, clients, and engineering teams. Strong Python and Next.js experience, relational database knowledge, English fluency, and familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Postman, JSON, and package managers are required.
