Guide customer implementation projects from initiation through closure, managing budgets, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and client communications. Lead agile development teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track sprint progress and team health, resolve blockers, document action items, provide status reporting, and drive continuous process improvement through servant leadership.

Build and maintain high-performing, scalable backend applications throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning requirements, estimating work, communicating risks, writing tested and maintainable Python code, conducting peer reviews, researching technologies, and collaborating with project managers, clients, and engineering teams. The role requires familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, REST APIs, JSON, package managers, Git, and TDD or BDD.

Design, build, and maintain AWS-based, high-availability infrastructure. Analyze requirements, plan capacity and costs, automate deployments, monitor and tune performance, run load tests, troubleshoot incidents, document deployments, and participate in a monthly on-call rotation.
