Lead negotiation of customer, vendor, supplier, reseller, and partner agreements for a SaaS business. Draft and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and processes while advising on GDPR, DPAs, cross-border transfers, product launches, licensing, AI and data use, corporate governance, and operational policies. Act as a commercially minded legal generalist and trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Security, and other teams.

As a Sales Development Representative at MetaCompliance, you will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, engaging in conversations that drive sales opportunities and support pipeline building with Account Executives and Marketing teams.

Lead the digital-first customer success strategy for SME customers, building scalable, tech-enabled onboarding and engagement programs. Oversee SME CSMs, implement in-app guidance and automation, analyze usage and health metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, A/B test initiatives, and report on adoption, retention, and satisfaction to drive measurable customer outcomes.

The Sales Development Representative will generate leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, booking meetings, and maintaining pipeline metrics while pursuing performance-driven growth in a SaaS sales environment.
