As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will drive pipeline generation, engage senior decision-makers, mentor team members, and exceed sales targets.

As a Sales Development Representative at MetaCompliance, you will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, engaging in conversations that drive sales opportunities and support pipeline building with Account Executives and Marketing teams.

Lead a cross-functional Scrum team to design, build and scale a SaaS platform on the Microsoft stack. Drive technical direction, hands-on development, code reviews, architecture decisions, test automation, CI/CD and non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability). Mentor engineers, remove delivery blockers, champion agile practices, and collaborate with Product, Architects, QA, DevOps and Security to deliver high-quality releases.
