Provide hospitality and retail sales in the winery tasting room: run tastings and tours, operate POS, promote wine and club memberships, maintain cleanliness and inventory, assist with VIP/Wine Club events and packaging, and support other departments. Must hold active TABC and Food Handler certifications.

Manage Messina Hof brand and drive wholesale and direct sales in the Houston market. Build distributor and on-premise relationships, execute promotions/tastings, analyze sales and inventory data, coordinate with marketing, file reports, and provide market intelligence to increase distribution, placements, and market share.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding across company locations: post jobs, screen and interview candidates (in-person, phone, Zoom), prepare offers and orientation, maintain HR records and job descriptions, track training and certifications, support employee retention and terminations, audit onboarding processes, and produce recruiting reports.

Support marketing and PR for Messina Hof by creating and executing campaigns, capturing/editing photos and video, managing social media and online presence, designing marketing materials and labels, coordinating events and vendor artwork, assisting website/SEO/blog efforts, and supporting multi-location promotions and customer communications.

Greet and host guests, conduct wine tastings and tours, promote and sell wines and memberships, operate the POS, maintain tasting room cleanliness and inventory, educate guests on wines and pairings, and assist other departments as needed.
