Maintains recruiting records, training plans, HRIS data, job descriptions, certifications, and employee files. Supports retention check-ins, termination processes, HR reporting, policy improvement, and communication with managers, agencies, schools, and community partners. Also assists with general HR administration and compliance activities.

Provides hospitality and sales support in a winery tasting room. Responsibilities include conducting tours and tastings, educating guests about wine and pairings, promoting wine and VIP clubs, operating the POS system, processing transactions, maintaining cleanliness, stocking and merchandising wine, food, and gift-shop items, and assisting other departments as needed.

Support marketing and PR for Messina Hof by creating and executing campaigns, capturing/editing photos and video, managing social media and online presence, designing marketing materials and labels, coordinating events and vendor artwork, assisting website/SEO/blog efforts, and supporting multi-location promotions and customer communications.

Develops and executes marketing communications, content, email, SMS, social media, public relations, SEO, website, and e-commerce initiatives. Creates brand-aligned copy, digital messaging, photography, videography, promotional materials, and internal communications. Coordinates marketing calendars, campaigns, partnerships, databases, customer segmentation, feedback programs, and analytics to increase wine sales, customer engagement, wine club membership, event attendance, and brand awareness.

Manages Messina Hof wine sales and brand development across wholesale and direct channels in the Houston market. Responsibilities include expanding distribution, shelf placement, promotions, and account placements; coordinating with distributors, retailers, restaurants, and marketing; analyzing sales and inventory data; conducting tastings and demos; preparing reports; providing market intelligence; and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires travel, event participation, relationship management, sales planning, and execution of promotional programs.
