Lead global Customer Digital Experience strategy and roadmap, owning end-to-end customer journeys, digital platform strategy, measurement, governance, and cross-functional influence. Drive adoption, compliance, and measurable business outcomes while building a high-performing CDX team and partnering with Legal, IT, Commercial, and regional leaders to scale journey-led improvements across brands and regions.

The BioProcess Engineer II develops and optimizes manufacturing processes and equipment, manages projects, supports automation initiatives, and ensures compliance with quality and safety standards.

Serve as the IT/OT technical liaison for manufacturing, providing hands-on support, onboarding applications, administering OT identity and access, designing IT/OT integrations, troubleshooting networks/systems, coordinating vendors, and advising stakeholders on secure, compliant solutions.
