Evaluates manufacturing and quality operations against medical device, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, GMP, ISO, and FDA requirements. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience and at least two years of medical device or similar experience.

Owns revenue growth for Merz Aesthetics’ device and skincare portfolio across Southwest Florida. Develops business plans, achieves sales targets, expands account penetration, increases Ultherapy consumable utilization, and grows Neocutis sales. Builds relationships with physicians and practice owners, leads clinical and business training, coaches practices on patient conversion and marketing, forecasts performance, identifies cross-sell opportunities, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Training, and Customer Solutions.

Supports global strategic marketing initiatives for the BELOTERO brand, including patient-focused before-and-after materials, global brand event activities, competitive intelligence, presentations, and marketing collateral. The intern consolidates and analyzes information, develops competitive decks, maintains brand consistency, and collaborates with global, regional, internal, and external teams in a multicultural environment.

Leads complex cross-functional R&D project management for geographic expansion, lifecycle design control, post-market clinical studies, regulatory commitments, and post-launch maintenance of medical devices and pharmaceutical products. Oversees governance, timelines, risks, resources, budgets, technical documentation, and stakeholder alignment across Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Technical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.

Supports Capital Territory Managers in selling aesthetic medical devices and capital equipment to physicians and medical practices. Responsibilities include cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, scheduling and delivering product demonstrations, customer follow-up, pipeline updates, territory reporting, and administrative support. The role develops capabilities in needs assessment, value-based selling, negotiation, and closing while preparing the employee for advancement into a full territory sales position.

Leads labeling quality and compliance activities across products and geographies. Oversees labeling review, approval, document control, change control, risk management, audits, and inspection readiness. Drives process improvement, quality metrics, regulatory compliance, complex investigations, and cross-functional issue resolution. Partners with global teams on launches, market expansions, and product changes while developing quality engineering talent and strengthening quality systems.

Provides comprehensive HR support for a one-year maternity leave contract, including employee inquiries, records, benefits, payroll, recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, reporting, compliance, and office operations. The role processes semi-monthly payroll, administers Canadian employment requirements, supports HR programs and workplace initiatives, and serves as a resource for employees and managers.

Lead and own the global Integrated Business Planning process, aligning commercial, supply, inventory, financial, and portfolio plans. Drive IBP governance, forecasting, supply-demand balancing, transformation initiatives, performance management, and cross-functional change to improve planning maturity, inventory optimization, and executive decision-making across a regulated global organization.

Lead design, development, and verification of mixed-signal PCBA hardware and embedded firmware for medical devices. Perform system-level requirements, prototype and lab debugging, root cause analysis, test planning, and ensure compliance with IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971 and other medical device standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout product lifecycle.

Manage territory sales for injectable (and skincare) portfolio by building key-account relationships, delivering compliant sales presentations, leveraging product and competitive knowledge, executing territory business plans using data, completing CRM and administrative tasks, maintaining compliance, and collaborating with the Aesthetics team to drive growth and loyalty.
