Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams to elicit requirements, design and configure Salesforce solutions, support Apex and Lightning development, manage integrations and data flows, execute testing and UAT, and drive process improvements and user adoption.

Lead design, development, and verification of mixed-signal PCBA hardware and embedded firmware for medical devices. Perform system-level requirements, prototype and lab debugging, root cause analysis, test planning, and ensure compliance with IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971 and other medical device standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout product lifecycle.

Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of validated quality system applications and data visualization tools. Manage CSV efforts, environments (DEV/QA/Prod), incidents, upgrades, and full software project lifecycles while ensuring GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
