Teams at Merz Aesthetics

Manage and optimize Salesforce environments by gathering business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, configuring and securing the platform, managing data, supporting users, delivering training, and implementing continuous improvements. The role requires extensive Salesforce Cloud expertise, project leadership, business analysis, system administration, and familiarity with integrations and development tools.

Manages strategic aesthetic-industry accounts across the Southeast, identifying high-value opportunities, developing account plans, analyzing customer economics, coordinating field sales and cross-functional teams, and securing Merz sales agreements. The role focuses on customer growth, retention, profitability, product portfolio adoption, and long-term revenue development.

Leads Merz Aesthetics’ global customer digital experience strategy, roadmap, journey design, platform ecosystem, measurement, governance, and team. The role drives consistent, compliant, data-informed experiences across digital, field, marketing, and service interactions. It partners with Marketing, Commercial, IT, Data, Legal, and regional leaders to increase adoption, engagement, growth, retention, efficiency, and loyalty while adapting consumer-grade practices to a regulated life sciences environment.
