Lead hands-on instrumentation and controls work on gas turbine generator packages. Provide advanced troubleshooting, testing, calibrations, and software loading for control systems. Supervise and mentor technicians, validate workmanship, support engineering/quality with root cause and NCRs, and ensure safety, documentation, and equipment readiness.

Provide onsite HR support in a manufacturing plant: staffing, employee relations, compliance (I-9/E-Verify), benefits administration, safety support, HRIS recordkeeping, onboarding, performance management, and HR process improvements.

Create 2D/3D drawings of assemblies, weldments, and components for specialty steel trailers. Design large trailers (80,000+ GVW), evaluate manufacturability, cost, safety, and environmental impacts, support engineers/product managers/shop floor, and apply Lean manufacturing principles.

Lead and perform advanced diagnostics, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting on gas turbine generator electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. Supervise and mentor technicians, validate work, interface with engineering and quality, maintain documentation, ensure safety/LOTO compliance, and support field service and customer technical needs.

Performs sandblasting to remove rust, paint, and debris; loads/unloads abrasive media; maintains blasting equipment; inspects surfaces to meet specifications; follows safety and Lean/6-S procedures.

Perform CNC machine setups, G- and M-code editing, troubleshoot and improve processes, work with CAM programmers, fabricate fixturing, operate machines to produce close-tolerance parts, inspect using precision measuring tools, maintain quality and safety, load/unload parts, and support production continuity.

Support CNC plasma and laser cutting operations by loading/unloading metal sheets and finished parts, moving materials with proper equipment, assisting operators, performing basic visual inspections, maintaining a clean and safe work area, following PPE and safety procedures, and supporting production schedules.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale diesel and natural gas generator projects from design through commissioning. Act as technical SME for generator systems, paralleling switchgear, load management, and emissions compliance; manage budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams. Conduct site assessments, ensure regulatory and utility interconnection compliance, and support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting while maintaining vendor and client relationships.

Lead and manage power generation mechanics and technicians, assign and prioritize work, coordinate parts and schedules, interact with customers and product support, conduct performance reviews, investigate incidents, ensure safe and timely repairs, and support operational continuity with up to 15% travel.

Manage pump integration test line operations, lead technicians, ensure testing/validation (hydraulic performance, vibration, leakage, temperature), troubleshoot complex failures, maintain calibration and instrumentation, coordinate with Engineering/Quality/Supply Chain, enforce SOPs and safety, track KPIs, support FATs and continuous improvement.

Design and develop large steel fabricated trailers (80,000+ GVW) from concept to production. Create weldment and piece part prints, evaluate design feasibility, cost, usability, safety, and environmental impact, and support manufacturing using Lean principles and ERP systems.

Manage and optimize cutting and pre-fabrication processes, supervise layout team, ensure parts meet specifications, enforce safety and quality systems, train employees, schedule throughput, and lead corrective actions to maintain efficient production.
