Manage full-cycle recruiting for oilfield roles: source, screen, interview, extend offers, coordinate onboarding, drug/background checks, maintain ATS/HRIS records, build school partnerships, attend career events, and support hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Design and develop large steel fabricated trailers (80,000+ GVW) from concept to production. Create weldment and piece part prints, evaluate design feasibility, cost, usability, safety, and environmental impact, and support manufacturing using Lean principles and ERP systems.

Operate and set up CNC machine tools, edit G&M code, work with CAM to develop programs, fabricate fixturing, inspect parts with precision measuring instruments, maintain quality and safety standards, and support production troubleshooting and process improvements.

Lead technician for turbine electrical, instrumentation, and control systems on gas turbine generator packages. Performs advanced troubleshooting, calibrations, testing, inspections, software loading, and documentation while supervising, mentoring, and coordinating technicians. Works with engineering and quality to resolve issues, generate NCRs, support root-cause analysis, and maintain safety, LOTO, and operational readiness.

Lead and manage power generation technicians, assign and prioritize field and shop work, coordinate parts and schedules, liaise with customers and product support, conduct performance reviews, document incidents, and ensure safe, timely equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and service completion.

Manage pump integration test line operations, lead technicians, plan resources and schedules, ensure safety and compliance, oversee hydraulic and performance testing, troubleshoot complex failures, maintain/calibrate test equipment, collaborate with Engineering/Quality/Supply Chain, approve NCRs, update SOPs, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement and customer acceptance testing.

Support CNC plasma and laser cutting operations by loading/unloading materials, moving metal sheets, assisting operators, performing basic visual inspections, maintaining a clean organized work area, following safety and PPE procedures, and supporting production schedules.

Manage and optimize cutting and pre-fabrication operations, supervise layout team, ensure parts meet specifications, enforce safety and quality systems, train staff, analyze root causes, and schedule throughput to meet production demands.

Lead hands-on instrumentation and controls work on gas turbine generator packages. Provide advanced troubleshooting, testing, calibrations, and software loading for control systems. Supervise and mentor technicians, validate workmanship, support engineering/quality with root cause and NCRs, and ensure safety, documentation, and equipment readiness.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale diesel and natural gas generator projects from design through commissioning. Act as technical SME for generator systems, paralleling switchgear, load management, and emissions compliance; manage budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams. Conduct site assessments, ensure regulatory and utility interconnection compliance, and support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting while maintaining vendor and client relationships.
