Manages HR staff and advises facility leadership on employee relations, investigations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, leave administration, engagement, workforce planning, and HR metrics. Ensures employment-law compliance, improves HR service delivery, and supports organizational and operational objectives.

Design, document, commission, and support electrical and control systems for mobile power generation and battery storage packages. Lead schematic/P&ID development, component specs, FAT documentation, procurement liaison, field troubleshooting, and maintenance manual creation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Provides hands-on IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, end-user devices, and field technologies. Maintains and optimizes systems, resolves incidents, documents configurations, supports cybersecurity compliance, improves support workflows, and assists with user training. The role supports corporate and field environments, including frac and data van connectivity, with occasional jobsite visits and physical work requirements.
