Manage full-cycle recruiting for oilfield roles: source, screen, interview, extend offers, coordinate onboarding, drug/background checks, maintain ATS/HRIS records, build school partnerships, attend career events, and support hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Serve as primary customer contact across product lifecycle: gather requirements, prepare quotes, create BOMs and routings, coordinate design/production/shipments, lead QC audits, manage ERP data and customer orders, escalate production issues, and ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction.

Design, document, commission, and support electrical and control systems for mobile power generation and battery storage packages. Lead schematic/P&ID development, component specs, FAT documentation, procurement liaison, field troubleshooting, and maintenance manual creation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
