Provide administrative, coordination, and communication support to manufacturing operations leadership. Manage scheduling, communications, filing, inventory of supplies, production documentation, KPI/reporting, audit prep, safety and incident reporting, training coordination, and support continuous improvement and shift supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations.

Serve as primary customer contact across product lifecycle: gather requirements, prepare quotes, create BOMs and routings, coordinate design/production/shipments, lead QC audits, manage ERP data and customer orders, escalate production issues, and ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction.

Design, document, commission, and support electrical and control systems for mobile power generation and battery storage packages. Lead schematic/P&ID development, component specs, FAT documentation, procurement liaison, field troubleshooting, and maintenance manual creation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
