Administers employee leave, FMLA, ADA accommodations, return-to-work processes, benefits, employee relations, workers’ compensation coordination, and compliance records. Serves as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, manages confidential cases, supports open enrollment, partners with payroll, safety, benefits brokers, and HR leadership, and escalates complex employment-law matters. Maintains accurate HRIS documentation and provides guidance on attendance, accommodations, corrective action, and benefit administration.

Manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting and onboarding across multiple regions, including DOT-regulated driving roles. Sources and screens candidates, builds pipelines, coordinates interviews, manages job postings, facilitates offers and background checks, maintains ATS records, supports DOT compliance, partners with hiring managers, and contributes to employer branding and candidate experience.
