Lead East Florida regional operations for propane and fuel services, owning P&L, safety, fleet and logistics, inventory, regulatory compliance, budgeting, customer service, and personnel management across multiple locations. Drive continuous improvement, coordinate with sales, and respond to emergency events.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, generate prospects, recommend products/services, maintain Salesforce records, coordinate site visits with operations, and support customers through the sales process to close accounts and upsell services for Pico Propane in Southeast Florida.

Develop and execute territory sales strategy to acquire and grow commercial and industrial fuel and propane accounts. Prospect high-consumption users, conduct site visits, manage CRM pipeline, collaborate with operations for reliable deliveries, and build long-term relationships with fleet and operations managers.
