Provides corporate legal counsel focused on commercial contracts, insurance, and auto, general liability, and workers’ compensation claims. Drafts and negotiates agreements, manages outside counsel and litigation strategy, advises Operations, Fleet, Safety, Procurement, and Finance, supports DOT/FMCSA compliance, and coordinates insurance coverage and claims reporting. The role requires independent matter management, risk assessment, legal spend control, and escalation of significant issues to the CEO.

Coordinates purchasing, purchase orders, inventory monitoring, supplier and carrier relationships, logistics, transport deliveries, and supply chain reporting. Supports pricing analysis, contract administration, tank monitoring, inventory optimization, demand planning, and procurement process improvement for propane, fuels, lubricants, and related equipment. The role also assists with routing, dispatching, order issue resolution, and maintaining reliable product availability.

Administers employee leave, FMLA, ADA accommodations, return-to-work processes, benefits, employee relations, workers’ compensation coordination, and compliance records. Serves as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, manages confidential cases, supports open enrollment, partners with payroll, safety, benefits brokers, and HR leadership, and escalates complex employment-law matters. Maintains accurate HRIS documentation and provides guidance on attendance, accommodations, corrective action, and benefit administration.
