Provide day-to-day network administration and troubleshooting for customers, maintain systems and monitoring tools, perform layer 1-3 connectivity diagnostics, support circuit activations and managed services onboarding, document issues and create internal articles, and offer technical support to internal staff and external customers.

Supports and troubleshoots customer network, VoIP, server, virtualization, firewall, switching, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN environments. The role investigates complex technical issues, designs and implements solutions, manages SLAs and customer expectations, supports managed services tickets, and leads projects including resource and work scheduling. It also provides technical guidance to junior network and systems staff.

Serve as a fractional executive security leader for customers, owning strategy, governance, roadmaps, risk management, compliance/audit readiness, incident response leadership, vendor oversight, and executive reporting. Advise on tooling and vendor selection, support pre-sales and RFPs, run tabletop exercises, and coordinate with SOC, engineering, and account teams to translate security recommendations into operational execution.

Provide Level 2 escalation support for TAC, troubleshoot and maintain servers, SAN, VMware, Azure, Office365, Exchange, firewalls, VPN, MFA, storage, backup/replication, VoIP, wireless, and perform on-site equipment installations while maintaining documentation and customer communication.

Lead operational and technical activities for the TAC managed services team, owning escalation and incident response, SLA performance, and cross-functional coordination. Coach and develop technical staff, improve incident and escalation processes, run root-cause analyses, and drive service delivery improvements to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Provide Level 1 on-site TAC support for end users: workstation and application troubleshooting, basic OS and Azure support, TCP/IP and VPN connectivity, Active Directory user management, scripted application and email support, use RMM and ticketing tools to triage and resolve incidents following SOPs and ITIL practices.

Provide advanced second-level IT support including workstation, AD, Microsoft 365, VPN, TCP/IP, virtual server triage, basic Azure and OS support. Act as escalation for L1 analysts, follow SOPs, perform root cause analysis, scripted application support, and improve triage procedures.

Provide Level 1 TAC support resolving end-user workstation, application, email, VPN, and basic network issues. Follow SOPs and ticketing/ITIL processes, use Active Directory and RMM tools, perform basic Azure and virtual server triage, and deliver strong customer communication and documentation.

Serve as assigned clients' technical SME and virtual IT manager: maintain documentation and SOPs, handle technical escalations, evaluate technology against standards, run client operational meetings, collaborate with vCIO/CSM, monitor KPIs, assist with patch/firmware remediation and RCA delivery, perform light project management, and track time in PSA.

Lead Sales Strategy and Operations to improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, pricing discipline, and revenue performance. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Service Delivery to support pipeline reviews, deal evaluations, compensation design, forecasting, pricing optimization, and cross-sell/upsell execution. Drive process standardization, data-driven insights, and hands-on engagement with sales teams to increase new logo wins, account growth, retention, and commercial execution.
