Lead the IT team to plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and initiatives. Manage networks, servers, cloud services, vendors, budgets, and supervise staff while ensuring secure, scalable systems and alignment with organizational goals.

Lead IT strategy and operations, maintain and optimize infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud), manage vendors and IT budget, supervise and mentor the IT team, and ensure secure, scalable systems while supporting organizational goals.

Provide client-centered, trauma-informed support at an emergency shelter: assist with shelter setup and cleanliness, vendor receiving, audio equipment, neighborhood patrols, recordkeeping, crisis intervention, housing advocacy, and guest services while maintaining safety and documentation.
