Inside Sales Representative assesses customer needs, prospects and qualifies leads, develops accounts, solicits and closes orders, presents product and technical information, and identifies additional sales opportunities. The role manages prospects through the sales pipeline, maintains customer relationships, provides responsive support, and stays current on company products and B2B infrastructure. Monday through Friday scheduling is provided, with overtime as required.

Manage and grow existing B2B customer accounts through inbound/outbound calls, order processing, upselling and cross-selling, providing product knowledge, quotes, and strong customer service to drive repeat business and revenue.

Manages assigned customer relationships, identifies and closes qualified prospects, uncovers customer needs, recommends products, quotes projects, and provides accurate order support. The role requires entering, tracking, and coordinating orders through picking, loading, and delivery while maintaining strong customer service. It operates Monday through Friday without weekend shifts.
