Manages assigned customer relationships, identifies and qualifies prospects, closes sales, quotes projects, recommends products, and provides responsive service. Ensures orders are entered, picked, loaded, and delivered accurately and promptly. The role requires inside sales or customer service experience, CRM or ERP familiarity, and knowledge of construction, building materials, or fencing products.

Operates and leads day-to-day GAW line execution, replenishes materials, manages kettle and process chemical levels, maintains line alignment and housekeeping, performs forklift and crane inspections, covers team positions, identifies quality issues, and operates equipment including the lime feeder and bag house.

Processes and verifies customer orders, coordinates shipping with carriers and customers, resolves order and delivery issues, manages customer inquiries and complaints, updates records, prepares quotes, qualifies leads, and identifies service improvements. The role supports industrial fencing customers while coordinating with sales, logistics, production, and branch teams.

Directly manages functional leaders while personally handling tactical administrative, purchasing, inventory, and scheduling work. Partners with the Operations Manager to support production without overriding daily production and maintenance decisions. Success requires strong organization, data fluency, planning discipline, relationship-building, and hands-on leadership.

Manage and grow existing B2B customer accounts through inbound/outbound calls, order processing, upselling and cross-selling, providing product knowledge, quotes, and strong customer service to drive repeat business and revenue.
