The Senior Financial Analyst manages monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, capital tracking, grant budgeting, and ad hoc analysis. The role partners with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, program leaders, and executives to interpret healthcare financial and operational data, evaluate payer and reimbursement trends, support strategic planning, and prepare reports and presentations for management and the board.

Develops and supports employment and educational opportunities for consumers with serious mental illness using Coordinated Specialty Care and Individual Placement and Support models. Builds employer and educational relationships, assists with resumes and applications, accompanies consumers to interviews and meetings, provides coaching and job training, advocates for individual needs, tracks program data, and completes required documentation.

Develops and supports enterprise reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions using SQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS. Partners with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities include SQL development, data validation, troubleshooting, data governance, user acceptance testing, documentation, performance improvement, end-user support, and training. The role also contributes to data warehouse enhancements and manages multiple reporting projects and support requests.

Provides support in an emergency psychiatric services setting by monitoring consumers, assisting with de-escalation and therapeutic interventions, conducting safety checks, supporting treatment planning, taking vital signs, assisting nursing with UDS procedures, verifying insurance, completing documentation, maintaining supplies and equipment, and promoting a safe, recovery-oriented environment.

The LPN supports physicians, advanced practice nurses, and multidisciplinary treatment teams in caring for mental health consumers. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication-order processing, clinical documentation, health education, laboratory testing, injections, community-based assessments, medication authorizations, care coordination, emergency aid, and de-escalation. The nurse maintains consumer records, follows up on lab results, collaborates with community providers, and supports integrated physical and psychological care.

The Staff Pharmacist verifies prescriptions, supports dispensing and technician workflows, counsels consumers, coordinates refills and prior authorizations, and collaborates with providers and care teams. Responsibilities include long-acting injectable and medication-assisted treatment support, inventory and controlled-substance management, compliance with Tennessee pharmacy law and HIPAA, PioneerRx and Pyxis system use, audit readiness, and resolving medication access barriers in a closed-door behavioral health pharmacy.

Conduct routine and targeted audits of clinical, billing, and operational processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and contractual requirements. Identify risks, prepare audit reports, recommend corrective actions, monitor remediation, support survey readiness, and provide compliance education and consultation to clinical and operational teams.

Provide supervised clinical mental-health services to clients of all ages, carrying a small caseload. Conduct assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and documentation. Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based modalities (TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, play therapy), join multidisciplinary treatment teams, and participate in additional training. Two-semester commitment.

Oversee nursing operations across behavioral health, MAT, and integrated care clinics. Provide clinical oversight, supervise RNs/LPNs/MAs, ensure regulatory compliance, lead quality assurance, manage staffing and budgets, and support staff development and consumer-centered care.

Provide nursing assessments and prepare consumers for clinic visits; implement provider orders; manage medications, prior authorizations, and documentation in the EHR; perform phlebotomy, labs, injections, glucometer, UDS and pregnancy testing; conduct community assessments; participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams; use de-escalation and emergency rescue procedures; cover multiple clinic locations on a PRN basis.

Provide day-to-day HR support to assigned East Tennessee locations. Advise leaders on policies, employee relations, and performance management; handle onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, and onsite relationship-building. Regular regional travel and partnership with HR leadership required.

Provide nursing assessments, prepare consumers for clinic visits, implement provider orders, perform lab work (phlebotomy, injections, UDS, pregnancy tests), document in EHR, support treatment teams, perform community assessments, assist with prior authorizations, de-escalate crises, and provide emergency rescue and health education across clinic locations.

Designs, implements, and facilitates talent development and internship programs. Manages university partnerships, recruitment, onboarding, program evaluation, training delivery, compliance, and reporting to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
