Oversee multiple social programs, supervise program supervisors and staff, develop policies, recruit and train, ensure Medicaid and NYS OMH regulatory compliance, manage billing and audits, uphold HIPAA confidentiality, coordinate with community partners, monitor program performance, manage time records and expenditures, and provide staff development and culturally competent services.

Provide mobile, person-centered psychosocial rehabilitation to adults in the CORE program. Deliver community-based support for daily living, housing, employment, education, relationships, and recovery skills. Collaborate with clients, families, and providers, maintain documentation, perform outreach, and follow Medicaid and confidentiality requirements. Participate in supervision, meetings, and trainings.
