Provides social rehabilitation and case management services to 20–25 adults with mental health diagnoses or substance use disorders. Develops person-centered plans, facilitates groups and activities, promotes wellness, recovery, community integration, and participant rights, and supports crisis intervention. Maintains program documentation and electronic health records, assists with meal preparation and building operations, and transports participants using an agency vehicle.

Directs clinical operations across mental health, crisis, social, and recovery programs. Supervises licensed clinical leaders and staff, ensures 988 and regulatory compliance, develops clinical protocols, supports evidence-based practices, oversees hiring and training, manages program performance and finances, and participates in organizational planning and incident review. The role requires licensed clinical social work expertise, behavioral health experience, strong supervisory ability, and knowledge of applicable Medicaid and New York State regulations.

Performs broad HR functions including benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, policy implementation, employee support, compliance, background checks, and benefits reconciliation. Coordinates job postings, candidate screening, interviews, open enrollment, employee assistance programs, and retirement and insurance plans. Serves as a liaison between employees, management, benefits providers, and external recruiting sources while supporting HR operations and maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
