Teams at Mental Health Association

Directs the organization’s finance and accounting functions, including financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, compliance, audits, grants, payroll oversight, and internal controls. Leads finance staff and supervises the Assistant Controller and Revenue Cycle Manager. Manages relationships with auditors, banks, advisors, board committees, and funding agencies while ensuring Medicaid, HUD, federal award, and nonprofit reporting requirements are met.
