Provide mobile, person-centered psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults in the CORE program. Deliver community-based supports to address daily living, housing, employment, education, relationships, and recovery goals. Develop skills, crisis prevention strategies, coordinate resources, document care, and collaborate with supports and providers to promote community integration.

Oversee multiple social programs, supervise program supervisors and staff, develop policies, recruit and train, ensure Medicaid and NYS OMH regulatory compliance, manage billing and audits, uphold HIPAA confidentiality, coordinate with community partners, monitor program performance, manage time records and expenditures, and provide staff development and culturally competent services.
