Manage staff and international payroll, including reporting, compliance, discrepancy resolution, and multiple payroll schedules. Prepare journal entries and reconciliations, process financial transactions, administer corporate credit cards, and support annual audits. The role requires careful handling of confidential information, recurring deadlines, federal and multi-state payroll requirements, accrual accounting, and collaboration with staff across departments and locations.

Provides executive leadership over finance, operations, HR, IT, compliance, risk, and organizational strategy. Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, investments, internal controls, and long-range planning while advising the Executive Director and Board. Oversees multidisciplinary directors, strengthens systems and processes, supports organizational change, and ensures operational effectiveness across domestic and international ministries.
