Provide executive leadership for finance and operations, overseeing budgeting, reporting, compliance, risk management, HR, IT, and operational systems. Advise the Executive Director and Board, lead multidisciplinary teams, support international ministries, and drive strategic planning and organizational effectiveness.

Manage international financial transactions, accounts payable, FX purchases, fixed asset and lease accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and audit support. Track grant and project spending, process payments (check/ACH/wire), cross-train within finance team, and participate in departmental initiatives and occasional travel.
