Leads digital content and editorial projects, coordinates writing workflows and freelancers, and creates content for websites, social media, email, fundraising, newsletters, and public relations. Develops content strategies, builds media relationships, and supports audience engagement across channels.

Provides executive leadership over finance, operations, HR, IT, compliance, risk, and organizational strategy. Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, investments, internal controls, and long-range planning while advising the Executive Director and Board. Oversees multidisciplinary directors, strengthens systems and processes, supports organizational change, and ensures operational effectiveness across domestic and international ministries.
