Develop and productionize data science models for transaction and merchant enrichment, behavioral financial features, financial-health, churn, propensity scores, and customer segments. Build explainable, documented, validated, and stable statistical signals for banking customers. Define quality, confidence, calibration, drift, and lineage standards while collaborating with product, CRM, advisory, and engineering teams on real-world transactional data.

The Principal Architect will own the overall architecture of Meniga's platform, drive transformation from on-prem to cloud, and embed AI into the architecture while ensuring clarity in technical communication and decision making.

Lead a small team to build and roll out AI services for non-technical teams while owning company IT infrastructure (devices, access, security). Hire and grow the team, support security audits and certifications, partner with Legal and People functions, and balance new AI capability development with maintaining reliable operational infrastructure.

Design, prove, and operationalise a multicloud strategy (AWS alongside Azure). Own CI/CD, IaC, deployment automation, maintain production reliability during migration, partner with squads on cloud decisions, and integrate AI into DevOps tooling and workflows.

The role involves designing and maintaining high-quality .NET applications for banking clients, optimizing performance, and collaborating with teams on architectural decisions in a hybrid environment.

As Head of Engineering, you will oversee Meniga's engineering organization, ensuring accountability from operation to execution, and adapting to the integration of AI in banking solutions.

Own end-to-end database reliability for production bank environments: performance, availability, backup/recovery, capacity planning, schema and query design, performance tuning, migrations (including MSSQL→PostgreSQL), and review changes to maintain data integrity and reliability.
