Own the roadmap and lifecycle of a core B2B banking product area, from discovery through launch and iteration. Partner with engineering, design, sales, delivery, and bank customers to validate needs, drive experimentation, and improve outcomes. Lead development of LLM-based features and agentic workflows, including model selection, prompt and context design, evaluation, and tool integration. Support positioning, pricing, and go-to-market while applying AI and fintech trends to product strategy.

Design, prove, and operationalise a multicloud strategy (AWS alongside Azure). Own CI/CD, IaC, deployment automation, maintain production reliability during migration, partner with squads on cloud decisions, and integrate AI into DevOps tooling and workflows.

The role involves designing and maintaining high-quality .NET applications for banking clients, optimizing performance, and collaborating with teams on architectural decisions in a hybrid environment.
