Lead a small engineering squad building connectors that embed Mendo into desktop and web tools (browser extensions, Electron app, native Windows integration). Own architecture, delivery, release lifecycle, observability and diagnostics for hard-to-reproduce endpoint bugs. Partner with Product on roadmap, mentor engineers, run hiring and code review processes, and balance quality, testing, and shipping in enterprise Windows environments.

Lead Mendo's AI efforts end-to-end: research, fine-tune, and ship LLM-based features (including on-device SLMs); build evaluation harnesses and optimize cost/latency/quality; power analytics and RAG-based recommendations; set AI practices, tooling, and playbooks; mentor and prepare to grow an AI team.

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features in TypeScript, own modules, keep the codebase healthy with tests and refactors, collaborate with Product and Design, and continuously learn and improve engineering practices in a hybrid Paris team.

Lead a full‑stack engineering squad: own architecture, delivery, code quality, and releases; mentor and hire developers; partner with Product on roadmap; work hands‑on in a TypeScript stack (React/NestJS/tRPC) and operate SaaS on Azure.
