Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy language models, including on-device small language models. Own production AI feature quality, cost, latency, monitoring, and incident debugging. Build evaluation datasets and regression harnesses, prototype AI use cases with product squads, and communicate trade-offs. Document solutions and coach junior engineers and interns while operating autonomously across Python and TypeScript systems.

Owns Level 2 support for enterprise SaaS applications, investigating and resolving escalated issues, making engineering escalation decisions, managing backlog and SLAs, and maintaining client accountability through closure. The role coaches an outsourced vendor toward independent L1/L2 support, develops runbooks and documentation, performs ticket QA, tracks CSAT and reporting, manages vendor reviews, and connects support feedback with product and engineering teams.

Drive full sales cycle across European markets: prospect and engage enterprise accounts and C‑level stakeholders, close strategic AI SaaS deals, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure onboarding and long‑term customer satisfaction.

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features in TypeScript, own modules, keep the codebase healthy with tests and refactors, collaborate with Product and Design, and continuously learn and improve engineering practices in a hybrid Paris team.

Drive new enterprise business: prospect and target IT leaders, manage full sales cycle from outreach to close, collaborate with product and customer success, and provide market insights to tailor AI-driven EdTech solutions.
