Own Mendo’s AI roadmap and technical direction while remaining hands-on with model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, RAG, embeddings, MLOps, and production operations. Establish AI quality and engineering standards across squads, optimize cost, latency, and performance, mentor engineers, and help grow the AI practice. The role focuses on proprietary on-device language models, production AI features, and enterprise-scale GenAI systems.

Owns Level 2 support for enterprise SaaS applications, investigating and resolving escalated issues, making engineering escalation decisions, managing backlog and SLAs, and maintaining client accountability through closure. The role coaches an outsourced vendor toward independent L1/L2 support, develops runbooks and documentation, performs ticket QA, tracks CSAT and reporting, manages vendor reviews, and connects support feedback with product and engineering teams.

Drive full sales cycle across European markets: prospect and engage enterprise accounts and C‑level stakeholders, close strategic AI SaaS deals, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure onboarding and long‑term customer satisfaction.
