Coordinate routing, shipping, and tracking of inbound and outbound orders; schedule freight pickups; work with Operations and Scheduling to ensure timely shipments; select cost-effective transport options; resolve delivery issues; maintain yard and trailer schedules; assist waste tracking and disposal; prepare business reports and maintain logistics knowledge.

Provide HR support across multiple manufacturing sites including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, HRIS maintenance, and employee engagement; travel regularly to assigned facilities and partner with site leadership to ensure consistent HR practices and retention.

Generate new business and expand customer base across an assigned territory through territory and account planning, consultative selling, customer visits, and collaboration with sales and product teams. Drive revenue and margin growth, broaden presence in existing accounts, convert competitors, and support sales initiatives while managing company assets and providing high-quality customer service.
