Provides evidence-based nursing care to pediatric medical and surgical patients requiring intensive monitoring in a five-bed PICU. The role requires three 12-hour overnight shifts, with weekend and holiday rotation, and supports continuity of care for pediatric oncology and critical-care patients.

Provides expert cytopathology diagnostic services, performs and interprets ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsies, collaborates with multidisciplinary cancer teams, conducts translational research, and teaches fellows, residents, and other trainees.

Provides hands-on inpatient care for critically ill oncology patients in the ICU. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with mobility and positioning, performing hygiene and skin care, maintaining patient rooms and supplies, recording intake and output, changing linens, and escorting discharged patients. Works collaboratively with registered nurses and interdisciplinary teams while supporting safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.

Lead enterprise-wide healthcare projects focused on patient access, capacity planning, capital initiatives, and operational transformation. Develop project plans, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate governance, and drive implementation. Analyze operational, financial, and capacity data to support strategic decisions, capital investments, and business planning. Prepare executive presentations and recommendations while maintaining accountability, alignment, and stakeholder engagement across the health system.

Develops, negotiates, and manages budgets for clinical research studies. Reviews study documentation, creates budgets and amendments, analyzes costs, negotiates sponsor payment terms, ensures regulatory and institutional compliance, tracks budget status, and advises research staff on budgeting and Medicare Coverage Analysis. Collaborates with clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders, presents financial trends to management, and leads departmental projects.

Provide legal support for preclinical and translational research by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing research and licensing agreements. Build relationships with investigators and stakeholders, maintain contract systems and databases, develop contract guidance, workflows, policies and SOPs, and contribute to special legal projects under guidance of Associate General Counsel.

Perform nuclear medicine and PET procedures, prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging, support and educate patients, maintain equipment and documentation, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Provide privacy legal advice across clinical, research, and business functions; manage GDPR and global-privacy compliance; negotiate HIPAA Business Associate Agreements; draft and review privacy notices; advise on cookies, trackers, ad tech, and emerging AI; support privacy-related inquiries and develop data governance and policies across the organization.

Postdoctoral research position applying theoretical and quantitative methods (including AI) to cancer and biological problems. Collaborate with experimentalists and clinicians, develop predictive models from biological data, present work in seminars, and work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Provide diagnostic genitourinary pathology services, engage in collaborative patient care and translational research, and participate in educational programs. Must work with the genitourinary disease management team and contribute to Oncologic Surgical Pathology training. Fellowship training in genitourinary pathology and board certification required; licensure in New York and New Jersey required or eligible.

Provide therapeutic visits with a registered therapy dog to patients, caregivers, and staff at MSK NY and NJ sites. Commit to weekly 1.5-hour shifts for at least six months, complete onboarding (evaluation, checks, medical clearances), and maintain canine vaccination and care requirements.

Perform CT imaging on patients of all ages, including PET/CT and SPECT/CT hybrid scanners; operate GE and Siemens equipment; administer IV/oral contrast per protocol; ensure patient safety and comfort; document exams in MSK radiology systems; support general radiology procedures and maintain quality standards.

Serve as an internal senior consultant leading enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives. Structure ambiguous problems, perform current-state assessments and future-state design, analyze operational data, develop executive recommendations, lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, design new tools/methodologies, and drive change management and adoption across clinical and administrative functions.

Support portfolio monitoring and analysis, conduct due diligence on external managers, participate in manager selection and rebalancing, lead manager relationships and negotiations, assist asset allocation and risk management, evaluate market themes and implement investment tools and AI resources for research and tracking.

Provide expert diagnostic services in gastrointestinal and hepatopancreatobiliary pathology, participate in multidisciplinary patient care and translational research, teach trainees in oncologic surgical and GI pathology, and utilize advanced molecular and digital pathology workflows. Must hold appropriate pathology certification and be eligible for NY and NJ medical licensure.

Provide technical support to pathologists by performing gross description and dissection of surgical specimens, histology processes, tumor procurement, gross imaging, frozen section tissue selection, and mentoring. Ensure accurate case setup and assist with clinical and research pathology activities in an on-site laboratory setting.
