Coordinate community-focused clinical research to improve language access for LEP patients: recruit participants, administer surveys and interviews, collect and manage data, generate reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide Spanish interpretation as needed while collaborating with internal and external teams.

Provide expert diagnostic services in gastrointestinal and hepatopancreatobiliary pathology, participate in multidisciplinary patient care and translational research, teach trainees in oncologic surgical and GI pathology, and utilize advanced molecular and digital pathology workflows. Must hold appropriate pathology certification and be eligible for NY and NJ medical licensure.

Provide technical support to pathologists by performing gross description and dissection of surgical specimens, histology processes, tumor procurement, gross imaging, frozen section tissue selection, and mentoring. Ensure accurate case setup and assist with clinical and research pathology activities in an on-site laboratory setting.

Provide external beam radiotherapy treatment planning for Head & Neck, Spine/Mets SBRT, Brain SRS/SBRT across MSK campuses. Support commissioning, routine and advanced QA, and patient-specific dosimetry for external beam radiotherapy across MSK sites. Maintain enterprise QA databases and documentation, evaluate and implement QA technologies, provide clinical physics support, training, and multidisciplinary collaboration, and participate in professional development and credentialing activities.

Perform overnight immunohistochemistry laboratory tasks including specimen embedding, microtomy, tissue processing, antibody staining, QC, instrument maintenance, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance with FDA/CAP/CLIA/NYS requirements to support patient diagnostics and lab turnaround times.

Support enterprise process improvement and transformation initiatives by assessing workflows, identifying root causes, designing future-state processes, coordinating workstreams, and measuring performance using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive efficiency, quality, safety, and adoption across clinical and operational teams.
