Manages the Biofluids Division within MSK’s Biobank and Pathology Core, overseeing specimen processing operations, laboratory staff, budgets, equipment, vendors, inventory, quality programs, compliance, and service delivery. Partners with investigators and project management teams on protocols, workflow feasibility, laboratory manuals, research support, and process improvements. Develops operational dashboards, supports new technologies and assays, and serves as a liaison across laboratory, research, and institutional stakeholders.

Operate and support PETtrace 880 cyclotron and radiopharmaceutical production. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and fluid systems; run chemical synthesizers; maintain/repair hot cells, HPLC, TLC, GC, and telemanipulators; coordinate vendor maintenance; install and commission equipment; and support automation and continuous improvement projects.

Leads MSK’s in-house video production function, overseeing creative strategy, editorial quality, operations, budgets, workflows, vendors, and team development. Develops video strategies aligned with patient care, research, education, and institutional priorities. Partners across communications, marketing, clinical, research, fundraising, and executive teams to produce audience-focused content. Drives AI-enabled production innovation, establishes performance metrics, analyzes audience data, and optimizes multimedia storytelling across digital, social, internal, educational, brand, and campaign channels.
