Responsibilities include developing clinical nurse skills, collaborating with care teams, demonstrating professionalism and accountability, and providing empathetic patient care. The program requires nursing program enrollment, two completed clinical semesters including Medical-Surgical Nursing, and active BLS or BCLS certification.
