Own and optimize the sales and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, InsightSquared). Enforce funnel best practices, ensure data quality, run demand gen and marketing campaigns, create reports/analysis to identify trends, and implement process/technology changes to improve performance.

Support the sales team and SDRs by building and updating the prospect database, researching leads via GuideStar and association sites, sizing market opportunity by vertical and revenue, analyzing sales/marketing engagement trends, and supporting broader sales and marketing initiatives.

Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for a SaaS product; log and track defects; perform manual and automated UI and load testing; validate user expectations; review requirements for testability; integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Work with implementations to migrate customer data into the MemberSuite SaaS platform. Develop C#/ASP.NET tools, write SQL queries, use database management tools and SQL Server, troubleshoot data issues, meet deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver migration projects.

Generate qualified meetings via outbound and inbound channels, qualify leads, coordinate meetings with Account Executives, maintain follow-up engagement, and meet monthly meeting and opportunity quotas while representing MemberSuite at events.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, maintaining ATS records, conducting reference/background checks, supporting onboarding, and building talent networks while partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership.

Build and maintain embedded reporting, dashboards, and visualizations. Develop complex SQL scripts, views, and stored procedures. Perform SQL tuning, data profiling, and support analytic/reporting platform stability and performance. Extract and transform data to meet client needs and support core BI offerings and customer-specific analytics.
